Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using Krishi Shop Khata (the "Service"), operated by Duttatech Solutions (Tapas Dutta, proprietor), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

  • Krishi Shop Khata is a billing, udhaar (credit) and stock app for fertilizer, seed and pesticide shops, on Android and Windows.
  • The Offline plan is the full Android app on one phone; your data stays on that phone and, if you choose, in your own Google Drive.
  • The Online plan adds staff sign-in with roles and sync between the shop's phones and the Windows app.

Bills, statements, reports and other documents are produced from what you enter. You are responsible for checking them and for meeting your own tax, licensing and legal obligations.

3. Accounts

The offline app needs no account. For the Online plan you sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity under it. A shop owner is responsible for the staff they invite and the roles they give.

4. Plans, Payments and Subscriptions

  • Offline plan: ₹49 per month or ₹399 per year. Online plan: ₹349 per month or ₹2,999 per year, first 14 days free once per owner. Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and include GST. See Pricing.
  • Plans are bought in the Android app through Google Play, with Google Play's payment terms. Payments made directly to Duttatech Solutions (Tapas Dutta, proprietor) by UPI, cards or net banking are processed by Cashfree Payments.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in Google Play (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged.
  • Refunds and cancellations follow our Refunds & Cancellations policy; for Google Play purchases Google Play's refund process also applies.
  • If an Online plan ends, staff sign-in and sync pause; the data on every phone stays there.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for anything unlawful, including recording farmers' or customers' information without the consent your law requires;
  • try to access other shops' data, break the Service's security, or overload our server;
  • copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service except as the law allows.

6. Your Data

Your shop's records belong to you. We use them only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping backups — the app offers Google Drive backup and file export for this.

7. Intellectual Property

The app, its design and content (excluding your data) belong to Duttatech Solutions (Tapas Dutta, proprietor). You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your business.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions.
  • To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or data lost on a device that was not backed up.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

10. Dispute Resolution

Please contact us first at tapasdutta@outlook.com so we can try to resolve the issue. If it is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India.

11. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend Online plan access if these Terms are seriously broken. Your data on your devices always stays with you; your online account can be deleted as described on the Delete your account page.

12. Changes to Terms

We may change these Terms. Significant changes will be shown in the app or on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
