What you are buying

Krishi Shop Khata has two subscription plans, in Indian rupees, GST included, renewing automatically until you cancel:

  • Offline plan — the full Android app on one phone: ₹49 per month or ₹399 per year.
  • Online plan — for one shop: staff sign-in with roles, the same khata on every phone and on the Windows app, and an activity log: ₹349 per month or ₹2,999 per year. The first 14 days are free, once per owner.

How you pay

Both plans are bought in the Android app through Google Play (UPI, cards, net banking). Google Play handles the charge and the renewal. The Windows app does not take payments.

Payments made directly to Duttatech Solutions (UPI, cards, net banking) are processed by Cashfree Payments. The same 7-day window and refund to the original method within 5–7 working days apply.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time: Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Krishi Shop Khata → Cancel. If you cancel during the free trial, you are never charged.

The plan stays active till the end of the period you have paid for, and no further charge is made after that. Every phone keeps its data after the plan ends; staff sign-in and sync pause.

Refunds

Payments already made are not refunded for unused time when you cancel part-way through a month or a year.

A refund is given when:

  • a payment was charged in error (for example, charged twice, or charged after you had cancelled), or
  • the service could not be delivered (the plan was paid for but was not activated on your shop and we could not fix it).

Write to tapasdutta@outlook.com within 7 days of the charge with the Gmail used in the app and the Google Play order ID (it starts with GPA.). We refund to the original payment method through Google Play; it usually reaches you within 5–7 working days of approval. Google Play's own refund process also applies.

Price changes

If the price of the plan changes, Google Play tells you before the new price applies at your next renewal.
